The transverse and longitudinal shrinkage of knitted denim is generally 6-8%.

3. When cutting, we should distinguish between transverse and longitudinal. Generally, longitudinal refers to the pinhole direction of the shaped cloth edge of knitted denim. Avoid cutting mistakes.

4. As the knitted denim is more elastic and soft than ordinary denim, the knitting garment making method should be used when making clothes. If the garment factory is used to making ordinary denim, it is recommended to adjust the bottom plate and change the bottom plate to active cloth feeding. The fine needle should be used for the garment sewing needle, and the operation of the garment sewing worker should be more careful, etc.

5. According to the vehicle quality, it is recommended to cut the thread first and then wash the water. The number of off machines of one machine should not be too large. During the washing process, especially the manual process, do not break the yarn of denim. It is recommended not to do rag treatment.

6. Like ordinary elastic denim, high temperature treatment and strong acid and alkali treatment for a long time can not be used to avoid damaging elasticity.
